This is an opportunity to make a one-time monetary voluntary contribution to cover event expenses organized by the Room Parent of your child’s class throughout the school year.
Specifically, the funds will be used as follows:
• Class Party Funds: $5
• Holiday Gift: $10
• Hippo Tiger Giraffe Games Class Basket: $10
• Staff Appreciation Week: $15
• TJ ONLY – Class Picnics: $5
Total Voluntary Contribution per student – $40 or $45 (TJ)
This is a suggested range and not mandatory.
Of note, these funds will NOT go towards Grade Level Educational Experience Days or Field Trips. End of year gifts to teachers are given on an individual basis.
Similar to last year, the money collected will be pooled by Grade level and distributed equally between the classes. The Room Parents will be responsible for handling the individual class budgets so some flexibility is certainly expected and allowed.
