Eid al-Fitr (Religious Observance) Predicted

This is an official FCCPS Religious Observance day. (Anticipated date with actual date dependent onlunar calendar)FCCPS will, as much as practical, not schedule the following activities on religious holidays:

• Tests, quizzes, or other assessments;

• Field trips, school pictures, guest speakers, or assemblies;

• School-sponsored special events and activities (e.g., prom, back-to-school nights);

• Sporting events (unless required by the Virginia High School League)

• Auditions or tryouts that cannot be rescheduled; and

• Safety drills which occur 1-2 times per year including tornado, earthquake, and lockdown drills.
