Elections for the Executive Board will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 6pm during the end of year meeting held at Oak Street Elementary School. We must have 10 current members in attendance for quorum.

Nominating Committee
Work to identify, vet, and put forward a slate of Executive Board members for election at the June 4, 2026 End of Year meeting. What the Nominating Committee Does Identifies and recruits candidates for elected PTA officer roles (e.g., president, vice president, treasurer, secretary) Vets candidates to ensure they are eligible, interested, and a good fit for each role Prepares a “slate” of nominees—typically one candidate per position—to present to the membership Ensures a fair and transparent process, including allowing nominations from the floor at the election meeting

We’re looking for enthusiastic parent volunteers to serve as Committee Chairs for the 2026–27 school year! This is a meaningful opportunity to play a key role in shaping some of our school community’s most memorable moments.

As a Committee Chair, you’ll:

  • Plan and lead one of our tentpole events (think: big, beloved, can’t-miss experiences like Trivia Night or HTG Games!)
  • Recruit and coordinate volunteers to bring your event to life
  • Execute the vision of the Executive Board, while adding your own creativity and ideas

You don’t need prior experience - just a willingness to collaborate, communicate, and have fun along the way. We’ll support you every step of the journey!

Whether you’re passionate about event planning, love building community, or want to get more involved in the FCEPTA, this is a fantastic way to make a lasting impact.
