Room Parent Sign Up 2026-2027

Thank you for your interest in volunteering as a room parent! Teachers use room parents in a variety of ways which differ across schools, grades and classrooms. It typically includes helping line up parent volunteers for events and communicating PTA information to parents in “your” class.

To signup you must either login or provide a first name, last name, and email address. Login

  • The Lead Room Parent(s) serve as the liaison between the parents & teacher. They are the teacher's "point person" and communicate and delegate information from the teacher to the Room Parent Team.
  • The Budget Manager room parent receives a check for class funds from the PTA in the fall. They will manage the class budget and reimburse parents as needed for party supplies, holiday gift expenditures on behalf of the class, etc.
  • Additional room parents will help with parties and other in class items, as well as with the preparation of the class’s HTG basket in May.
